03 · Build

How insurance rebuilds work
We coordinate the claim path and rebuild as your GC. Emergency mitigation may involve other specialists first — then we take the rebuild from scope through punch.
01 · Call / Document
Call or send the form. Photos, notes, and a damage list so you and the carrier share the same picture.
02 · Walkthrough
We walk the job with your claim number (if you have one) and talk through what needs to come out versus what can stay.
03 · Scope
Written rebuild scope that separates covered work from owner upgrades. Carrier decisions stay with the carrier.
04 · Rebuild
Trades, permits, and schedule for the rebuild — managed like any other GC project, one point of contact.
05 · Punch
Final walk and punch list so the kitchen, bath, or rebuild closes clean — not left as open items on your list alone.

About the company
Alden Wise has been building as a sole proprietor since around 2012. Wise Construction Group was established around 2018 to take on fuller GC scopes across residential and commercial & facility work — including kitchens and baths, custom cabinetry, and water/fire/storm rebuilds. We show up, communicate, and finish the job.

Questions on bids, kitchens & rebuilds
Straight answers on bids, timelines, kitchens & baths, and rebuilds. Photos around the site are EXAMPLE finishes until Wise job photos are ready.
Call (678) 832-5194 or send the contact form with what you know — photos help for kitchens, baths, remodels, or rebuilds. We set a walkthrough, talk scope and budget, then follow up with a written bid. We reply within one business day.
Both. Many homeowners come with ideas for a kitchen, bath, or addition and need help turning them into a clear scope and selections. Others arrive with architect drawings ready to bid. We either refine a design-build path with you or price and build from your existing plans — whichever fits the job.
Both paths. Custom cabinetry can be a focused scope — design consult, selections and budget tiers, then order and install — or part of a full kitchen remodel with plumbing, electrical, countertops, and tile. We flag where costs usually climb — custom boxes, specialty finishes, moving drains — before you commit, and we coordinate trades so the room finishes in the right order.
It depends on scope. A kitchen or bath remodel might run a few weeks once materials are on site; a whole-home remodel or addition can take months. We set a schedule after walkthrough and material lead times are known — and we tell you early when inspections or supply delays will move dates.
Yes — as a general contractor. We help document damage and scope; the carrier decides what is covered. We coordinate through the claim process and rebuild to code. Covered repairs stay separate from owner upgrades. Bring any claim number or estimate you already have — or call when you are ready for the rebuild path.
Yes. Our office is in Atlanta at 3024 Martin Luther King Jr Dr SW, Suite B, Atlanta, GA 30311, and we also take on work in the Tampa Bay area. Permits, weather, and trade networks differ by market — we plan each job for the city it is in.
You get a written bid for what is in scope. If something changes on site or you add work, we discuss cost and schedule before the work moves — not after the invoice.
We pull permits when the work requires them — structural changes, many additions, electrical and plumbing, and a lot of exterior work. Atlanta (city and surrounding counties) and Tampa Bay each have their own building departments, inspection sequences, and wait times. Permit cost and lead time go into the schedule for that market.
We walk the job with you, talk through what you want versus what the structure and budget will allow, and write down what is in and out of scope. You do not need finished drawings — kitchen or bath inspiration photos, a punch list, or a conversation is enough to start. After the visit we follow up with a written bid.
